　　On December 15, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Administration released the list of the 4th batch of record-filing enterprises for intellectual property management standard implementation in 2025. Nanjing Vcare PharmaTech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Vcare) was successfully selected. This marks that the company has entered a standardized and systematic new stage in the creation, utilization, protection and management of intellectual property rights, laying a solid institutional foundation for corporate innovation and high-quality development.

 

　　The implementation of the intellectual property management standard aims to fully comply with the Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System (GB/T 29490-2023). It helps enterprises establish a standardized intellectual property system, strengthens guidance on corporate intellectual property work, guides and supports enterprises to further enhance the creation, application, management and protection of intellectual property rights, boosts independent innovation capabilities, realizes scientific management and strategic utilization of intellectual property, and thereby improves enterprises' core competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
