PhaseⅠ Project of Tianshu Pharmaceutical, the Production Base of Nanjing Vcare, Entered the Trial Production Stage

On July 13, 2023, Hubei Tianshu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Tianshu Pharmaceutical"), a subordinate production base of Nanjing Vcare PharmaTech Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Vcare"), passed the expert review on the trial production plan and on-site safety conditions organized by the emergency management department. This marked that the newly-built project of Tianshu Pharmaceutical entered the trial production stage.

In the early stage, Tianshu Pharmaceutical strictly followed the requirements of the "Three Simultaneities" for safety, carried out the review of safety conditions and the design review of safety facilities, and constructed production workshops, power workshops, storage facilities, and "three wastes" treatment facilities according to the planning and design plan. It also equipped with a quality inspection and R&D center and an automation control center, and established a list of safety production responsibilities and safety operation procedures. After the completion of the project construction, it formulated a trial production plan, carried out the "Three Checks and Four Fixes" work on equipment and facilities, conducted a comprehensive pressure test and purging on pressure vessels and pipelines, carried out a comprehensive debugging and combined operation test on automation control points, and carried out targeted "Four-Knowledge Card" job training for employees. On this basis, experts were organized to conduct reviews to ensure that the trial production plan was operable and standardized, providing a safety guarantee for the enterprise's trial production.
