Nanjing Vcare's Subsidiary Tianshu Pharmaceutical Officially Enters Trial Production Phase for Phase I Technical Upgrade Project

　　Recently, Hubei Tianshu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Tianshu Pharmaceutical), a production base subsidiary of Nanjing Vcare Pharmatech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Vcare), achieved another significant milestone in its development journey. The Phase I technical upgrade project—an 80-ton annual capacity project for "Category 1.1 Innovative Drug Vicagrel and Other High-End APIs and CDMO Intelligent Production"—has officially passed the re-inspection of trial production safety conditions by safety experts organized by the Yicheng Emergency Management Bureau. This marks the formal entry of the project into the trial production phase.

　　To ensure smooth progress, Tianshu Pharmaceutical conducted extensive and meticulous preparatory work in the early stages. The company strictly adhered to the "three simultaneities" safety requirements, undergoing safety condition reviews and safety facility design evaluations. With the completion of production workshops, RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer), and resin adsorption/desorption facilities, Tianshu Pharmaceutical also carried out a series of rigorous tests and inspections, including: "Three Checks and Four Confirmations"(pre-commissioning review); Pressure testing and purging of equipment pipelines; Testing of automated control systems; Individual equipment and integrated commissioning runs.

　　Beyond hardware preparations, Tianshu Pharmaceutical placed strong emphasis on employee skills and safety training. The company conducted targeted programs, including: Training on safe operating procedures; Education on "four-awareness cards"(covering knowledge of risks, responsibilities, procedures, and emergency measures) for each position; Emergency rescue drills. These efforts ensure all employees master safe operational skills and enhance emergency response capabilities.

　　With the successful launch of the Phase I technical upgrade trial production, Tianshu Pharmaceutical has optimized its production capacity allocation, rationalized production line layouts, strengthened safety automation, and upgraded environmental protection facilities. This lays a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable growth in the future.
